Terrible customer service. If you're not going to take cash as a payment, then maybe it might be helpful to post a sign on the... door letting customers know your not taking cash, instead of having a customer wait in line, order then find out for whateverreason you're not taking cash. So rude! Asked if a mobile order was in the queue to be made (as I had ordered over 20 minutes ago) and the associate snapped at... me. Noticed the same thing happened with another customer. I understand if they?re understaffed or busy, I work retail as well,and the way I asked was very polite? not a happy experience. Stood there waiting for another 15 minutes. I stopped in to get some chocolate cake pops for my son, they are his favorite and unfortunately they only had 2 left, yes... something is better then nothing but wasn't expecting them to be almost sold out. whoevers managing this place, you have got to train your staff better. orders are often messed up, wait times are insane, and... the cashiers are almost always overwhelmed. all 3 times ive ordered one of the fall drinks here, the same person has made it andhe doesnt read the label and makes it iced instead of hot, why arent you making sure your staff is prepared? I watched the people working today (at about 1:30 PM on Monday). Call security on a customer sitting outside with his drink and... journal - either drawing or writing. This place is not a welcoming environment and I?d encourage people to take their moneyelsewhere.
