Waited in a long line 30 minutes . Finally when at the intercom they said we have no food we are closed . Then was stuck and... couldn't be leave drive thru for another 15. Someone can be smart and put a closed sighn up. Gas isn't cheap . Read more

I eat at Taco Bell a LOT I notice there’s two kinds of Taco Bell’s in this world…some are generous with the portions,... which was always the Taco Bell norm since I was a kid. These ones use real taco shells that hold together and don’t detonatewhen you take your first bite. Then there are the other kind of Taco Bell, where the team was clearly instructed to preciselymeasure everything, and the targets are not generous at all. You can also tell these ones because they somehow use adifferent/super-cheap taco shell that basically explodes when you eat it. This Taco Bell is the latter. Yesterday 7/14 at around 7:30 some guy was harassing the employees in the drive through, they tried to help him but there was... nothing they could do. He refused to leave. They employees remained calm and professional through the customer’s adulttantrum. The customer was probably twice their age. Was pretty wild to see a man freaking out over some tacos. Read more

I love this place. The drive-thru is always pretty fast. My orders are always correct. The manager is super sweet and... professional. Most importantly, the staff is really great. They’re always so nice and cheerful. Read more

I ordered inside at the counter. I selected items from the value menu. Small but great value and taste for lunch. I ordered at... the counter. The gal took my $5 and asked me if I wanted my change. Odd question I thought. However, I recalled it was happyhour and added a Mango Freeze (it wasn't a flavor option on the app) and it was pretty good. I asked how much more I owed herand she said it was good. Later I calculated I owed her 9 more cents. Thanks for the deal! I ate inside. It was quiet andclean. Read more

I was really hoping that they would get better by now.. I took a three month hiatus, letting them know of my bad experiences... there.. All to no avail, they don’t seem to care, their “drive-thru” went down the street.. So, I decided to go inside,that was a joke because they had the same poor young man that was running the drive-thru, running the counter service as well! Ihad to wait over a 1/2 hrs to receive my food, and it was cold.. The place was filthy, the ONLY redeeming quality there, was theyoung man working the window.. Read more

Okay So this was a horrible experience. Customer service bad. The little girl was rude when I told her I had an order off the... app under the name of Simon. She rudely responded with come up to the window... I pull forward and they open the window but Theydon’t say anything but look at me weirdly. Then the guy hands me my food but forgot my drink so I said I had a freeze as well.He looked at me like I was stupid and gets me a skittles freeze. Everyone looks at me laughing till I drove off. Now mindyouthat was the two only things said to me.. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. Didn’t eat my food ordrink. If your working in customer service you should be nice and great you customer with a smile and a hi welcome to Taco Bell.Not a frowning I don’t want to work here face. And some awkward behavior to make the customer feel weird. Justsaying. Location sucks. Employees suck No customer service skills I rate this Taco Bell a five thumbs down. Read more
