I stop and get a burger and fries every time I pass through love the burgers and fries and make a mean hot dog too

I have been a frequent customer at this location, loved their burgers. Unfortunately, the last several times I ate here, the... burger is way undercooked, to the point of being raw in the middle. Raw ground beef has no flavor and is a possible healthhazard. 9-17-2022- I came back, now they cook their burgers properly, as good and delicious as before. Will continue to eathere. Read more
5 guys was a huge disappointment tonight. Placed an order to go... double burger with small medium seasoned fries. Both were... cold when opened. Also discovered my burger was cut into quarters. The person taking my order could not hear me, it was too noisy, so they entered my order wrong. I noticed on my receipt my order... was wrong, got another worker's attention, explained my order was rung wrong, the manager finally came to the counter, Irepeated my order to him, and he still made it wrong. The worker on the fry station was behind, I was tried of waiting, toldthem they can keep the fries. I get back to my hotel, when I found my order was still wrong. Upon returning I was told thatthere was no refunds, but the manager seen me and gave me a refund minus the tip. I have visited Five Guys all across thecountry and was pretty happy. For the prices Five Guys is changing now, they shouldn?t be skimping on the fries. Their whole ?a large feeds 3-5 people? line... was always old, but definitely no longer applies. Read more
