The best. Hands down. Starbucks could never. My fiance didn't even like coffee that much till she had a caramel macchiato from... PJ's in Covington. I've frequented N.O., Slidell, Hammond and also now Covington and they should literally be everywhere causenow I'm back in DE and they're not here. Read more

The 2 of us had bad luck to many times visiting this PJ's coffee shop and this mornings unpleasant experience did not make us... feel good. We've given this PJ's a lot of business. It's very doubtful we'll ever go back again. When you enter this PJ'sthere's 2 ways you can approach the counter. There is no sign at the other end directing people to enter that way. We've alwaysapproached the counter the most easy and direct way and never had any problems until today. Today as we got up to the counter 2other sets of people went in the other way but we still got to the counter first. The girl told us we was suppose to go in theother way and for us to get back in line, as in get back behind these 2 other sets of people. But this nice lady told us to goahead and order. I'm an elderly woman with chronic fatigue & a dizzy condition and can't stand up long. We went ahead andordered and sit down. Then we got more good luck when it started raining like a banshee. We ended up having to call an Uber toget home. Bad experiences like this make a sensitive person feel bad. I don't understand why the girl had to treat us like shedid. If I were the counter worker I'd of never told a customer to get back in line. We should of just left and went toStarbucks. The counter girl just wanted to be a bully. Hey young lady, if you read this I'd like to ask you why you had totreat us that way and if you would treat anybody else the same way? Read more

I love all of the staff. They are always smiling & efficient. The only downer for me is my granita is never frozen anymore no... matter what time of the day I go. I know they were down to one machine & it can?t keep up with this favorite. Any chances ifthis improving? I never order anymore if I?m not going home because to enjoy it I need to put it in the freezer for an hour orso. Read more

Fantastic local coffeeshop. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, and the thing that really sets this location apart:... pleasant environment with regulars from all walks of life. Great place to meet, kill time, do some work, have a low key meeting.Being in a quiet corner of Elmwood and having a drive up window add convenience without bringing a sterile or corporate vibe. The new renovations are very nice. Lots of booths now. Read more

Always the best! I'm addicted to the velvet ice frozen coffee! Staff at every location is always amazing sweet and patient, but... in particular the lovely young ladies at the elmwood location. They've kept me in good spirits through my difficult pregnancy, and I'm so grateful! They get very busy, but work so fast you never really have to wait! Thanks for the smiles, y'all!???????????? PJs is "famous" for their delicious iced mocha, but what I really love is the variety of flavored iced coffee brews, that are a... great no-sugar option. My favorites are the Pralines & Cream and English Toffee. They offer an assortment of pastries andtreats, but I don't have an opinion to share on their food. Service is always friendly, which is a major draw when you'respending $5 on a cup of coffee. Read more
