I wouldn't send my dog to this location the lady that took my order was very rude and ignorant. I don't know if she was the... manager or supervisor, once I got to the window and the cashier repeated the order it wasn't right and little miss ignorantstarted yelling at me and my husband like we were a couple of kids because she didn't take the order accurately and I told thecashier nevermind about the food I'll go somewhere else because I refuse to patronize an establishment with the customer servicethat I received. I think Rally's motto should be, we only hire rude employees and don't give you what you order, so keep your expectations low.... Getting an order from rallys is a surprise in a bag every time, you never know what random thing they'll throw in there and yesthey littarly throw it in the bag, my fries were upside down and I don't even order fries. I was charged 7$ for 2 burgers thatwere supposed to be 4$ idk how it came to that but the employee wouldn't even talk, she just threw the bag at me when I saidhello, and wouldn't even open the window but to pass me the bag. Of the rallys in the area, airline is unfortunately the best one and that's not saying a lot. Anyway, the food here took forever... to get and then it wasn't even hot. The fries were kind of mushy and the. Burger looked like a 3 year out it together.Actually, I think a 3 year old could have done a better job. I ordered the baconzilla and lets just say it lacked the baconadvertised. And I think there was more mayo on the outside of my bun than on the inside. The sweat tea was disgusting. I askedfor a replacement drink and it was just as bad. Also, who wants to talk to a fully automated device for ordering in a drivethru. The line which was only open on the right side moved quickly. Conveniently located on busy MLK Blvd. The prices have gone way... up but what can we do? 3 night in a row the store is closed at 7 PM. Tonight the worker saw me turning into the parking lot and ran to throw the... barrier blocking the lane to enter the drive through. Every time I stop here the people are always so rude. I will not botherwith this location any more. Read more
