Went through the drive through this morning my cup felt a little light but i drove on to work.. i didnt open or drink anything... till i arrived at work. My cup was only half full.. i have never had this happen before.. ive tried calling but no answer justdial tone. This is very upsetting. Read more
What is this? My biggest complaint about this location is how SLOW they are. Prepare to sit in the drive through for 15+ mins at... any given time. I managed a coffee shop in college and our priority was getting people in and out. Clearly this is not taughthere. On top of the long wait times, the drinks are always mediocre. Read more
I will preface this by saying that it is not the employees' fault that they're swamped. However, I waited for THIRTY MINUTES... after the mobile app said my order would be ready. I got in line at the register to have my order refunded because I was goingto be late for work, an employee asked my name for the third time, and turns out my coffee and croissant had been sitting on thecounter the entire time. I can eat a cold croissant but a cold latte that was supposed to be hot is gross. Again, it's not theindividual employees' faults that these things happen. Starbucks as a whole needs to put more reasonable expectations on theirmobile app time estimates, and they need to have a way to not accept 6000 mobile orders at 8am. I will not be returning hereunless it's at an off time during the day where they might not have so many orders. Read more

Convenient location and never gets order wrong. They have indoor/outdoor seating and drive through. They can have long lines via... drive through which blocks customers vehicles who are ordering inside. This is a problem at a few locations around. I will saythe staff does keep the line moving pretty fast as compared to other locations. Overall a good Starbucks. Read more
This has to be the worse Location EVER?. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here my order is wrong, they don?t have product, and you have... to wait 20-30 mins for simple things such as tea which again come to me wrong most of the time? there are plenty of employeeshere for the job to not be done effectively?
