If you have mobility issues and use a scooter, they will put you in a corner not to be in their way. I offered to move my... scooter out of the way, they made me get out of the way. Quite embarrassing. My scooter also doesn't fit in the restroom. Willnot go back. Poor experience. Read more

We came after my Grandmother's funeral. We enjoyed our service by Mitchell. All of the food was great except the burger that my... brother-in-law ordered. It was supposed to be medium well. The bun had blood on it. We know this because it was red. When we cutit open it was definitely raw on the inside. Upon sending it back, they not only gave him back the same burger, but the same bunas well. I understand putting the burger back on the grill, but he should have gotten a new plate and bun. I had to ask for anew bun. When it came out the second time, it was burnt on the outside and still medium in the middle. Poor guy was so hungrythat he ate around the outside.
