This was my 1st time ordering from here so i really can't blame anyone. They guy who took my order also was new but he was very... nice. I saw some other options later after i stepped back and got to really look over the menu. The humus was reallydelicious...i ordered the trio and i do have a favorite so i need to try to figure out which one it was. The salmon kabobs tastereally good. I saw that you could order two different kabobs at once. I do plan to try everything on the menu. Lol. The salmonwas juicy and not dry. The only problem i figure out was that i needed to say pls put pita chips on the side as they were soggyand soft. I just didn't know to say that...but i still loved everything else. I think this is gonna be my new fav summer spot asi am trying to eat healthier. I?ve been coming here for years? been 6 months or so since I?ve last been and today I won?t ever be returning. Stood in line... waiting for order for a good 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged, as a worker is bagging to go orders with three otheremployees. Completely ignoring me. Never said anything. No ?I will be with you in a minute?. so I left. And she gave me an uglyface when I left. ???????? so disappointing. Do better. Oh and the place was empty!!! So no excuse on being busy :( Read more
Lunch at Zoës Kitchen today was less that expected. The baked falafel is not good and the hummus tasted a little freezer burnt... which I did not at all expect. The Mediterranean chicken is not bad but it did not make the good out way the bad on this foodexperience. The staff was great though:) very friendly and helpful people. Read more
Just wanted to rave about the team here at Zoes Elmwood. I called in to place a large last minute catering order. I spoke with... Danielle and she was very polite and informative. They were able to get 49 different box lunches ready for me in 15 minutes. Thedining room was very busy as well but all guest waiting seemed to be really happy as food was coming out the kitchen reallyquick. Ms. Theresa bagged my order and just simply went above and beyond ensuring everything was there and assuring me we willenjoy our meal. This was an employee request and I must say EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. We will be back for sure. The leadershipand hospitality was felt through the phone, within my interaction with the team and in our bellies. Who ever is managing thislocation is doing a wonderful job. Read more

I went for to go lunch. The steak kebobs look good. I appear to have gotten hummus and some pita bread. I guess there was... some confusion over the chickpea appetizer. Its actually hummus. I ordered Chicken and Orzo Soup. The soup had no Orzo. When I spoke to one of the wait staff he said "ok...so what do you want... me to do". My wife spoke to someone else who seemed to care and brought me another soup, this time with Orzo. After finishingthe soup I noticed the bowl. Then I looked at my son's bowl. Not clean. Just wanted to rave about my experience at Zoe?s on yesterday. My team and I were welcomed soon as we dotted the door. With this... being our first time we had lots of question. The manager J took his time explained everything to us and made us feelcomfortable with ordering. Our food arrived pipping hot and tasted amazing. The kitchen staff was moving really efficiently andleft a lasting smile on our faces. Mr. J and another lady Ms T came by to ensure all was tasting well.
