Visited yesterday and had a marvelous experience; employee with dark hair and glasses gave exceptional service to my family.... However, upon returning today for a portable pint to take back home, we experienced terrible service. We could hardly understandone lady who denied us the portable pints at first until she looked at the display pints and saw Harbor Ice Cream did indeedsell them, another girl was too preoccupied with her phone and let others cut us mid-way through ordering, and the last memberof the crew assumed he should have been given a tip for otherwise horrible service. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Visited around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon in June. We were looking for a place to get... sandwiches to take to the park and this was perfect. We got the club and reuben paninis, they were incredible. High qualityingredients and prepared to perfection. They're big - had to save half of it for later. My son got vanilla soft serve withsprinkles and that too was very good. Will definitely be back! Read more

Went to the sandwich side at 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening, not realizing that it closed at 4:00 p.m. (only the ice cream side... is open until 8:00 p.m.). The owner graciously offered to make us all sandwiches to go, and took special care to make sure theywere all made correctly. What a joy that the owner was so accommodating to three people who must have looked really starving!The sandwiches were fabulous, and we will certainly go back again! Highly recommended! Read more

Have been here several times this fall and had good sandwiches until yesterday. We waited over 20 minutes for two grilled... sandwiches (there was one table of two in the place) the sandwiches had one thin slice of meat on them, which was not the casewith the previous sandwiches we have had.
