The Slopeside Lounge is an experiment in how much a restaurant can charge customers compared to how little they can serve them.... This is especially evident with the Caesar salad. Whoever decided on the ingredient portions and recipe build for the caesarshould have their head checked. At a price of $25 for a salad with chicken, the lettuce should be cut, and the dressing,crouton, and chicken portions doubled. This shouldn't be a build your own situation where I'm provided the bare minimum toclassify as a salad and need to ask for the rest of the ingredients. We have been three times and the food is always cold. The kitchen and dining area are on two separate floors. Someone brings the... food downstairs and leaves it on a tray stand for the server to bring to the table. Not a smart solution to the separate floorsissue. We will not be wasting our time and money again. Read more
