Ate in today at this location. Very friendly staff. Store was cleaned and food was fresh. I would like to point out Abby who was... working the front counter. Very friendly and service with a smile. Said when our food comes up, she would bring it out. Thankyou so much for that offer. Manager gave refills on our drinks. Sweet tea was behind the counter. Read more
This place has changed out some staff, for employees that are more professional and have manners. Another big plus, for them, is... that they don't ask for a name on every order. If I go for fast food, I don't have any desire for a seriously personalexperience. It's not necessary. Just be polite, professional, and get my order right. Read more
We came in to eat dinner at about 7:30 PM and the staff was preparing to close at 8. Neither my Big Fish nor my wife's Original... Chicken sandwich was really fresh. Both had been in the warmer for a long time. My bun was dry and hard on top like it had beensitting out on a counter. The fries, however, were hot and fresh. Not my best experience with this chain. Don?t usually judge fast food but this was bad. Mozzarella sticks were old and like bricks, no marinara to go with it either.... Didn?t get the extra creamer for the very strong coffee. No plans on coming back, hopefully they can offer better service in thefuture. Read more
