To preface, I do not have internet at home other than Hotspot data with my phone with limited high speed data. I have been... coming here to download updates for awhile and the wifi service is normally good. However this is not the case since lastTuesday. I have tried telling the staff about this issue, but they blame CenturyLink for my issues. This is likely a technicalissue and I will change this review when the problem is resolved. Read more

Ordered the 4 for $4 through the mobile app. Was asked to pull forward because my food was still being prepared. When I got my... food, the fries were cold, the nuggets were cold, and the McDouble was a regular cheeseburger. I went back and told them this.They told me they would remake it and wanted me to talk to the manager. He didn't apologize, just said, "So you want it remade?" I said yes. He told me to pull to spot #1. I did. He brought me out my "remade" order. Fries were even colder than before.Nuggets felt like they had been popped in the microwave, but the McDouble was actually a McDouble this time. Horrible! The burger I got had flies in the box when I opened it and fly larvae on the burger!!
Honestly, this place was a wreck when we visited. No more large or medium soda cups, so cups replaced with coffee cups. None of... the cups had lids (except small). Ice in both machines ran out for guests. The other party with me had to wait over 30 minutesfor their food (something to do with the chicken sandwiches). The lobby floors were kinda dirty, tables weren?t wiped down, lotsof flies. Not sure what is going on at this location, but I?ve heard from locals that come here often that it?s always adisaster. Some days it's great, unfortunately that's not often. Almost always get pulled forward but still end up with some cold food and... food made wrong with sticker on the wrapper.But the staff is always friendly and helpful. Read more
I must say that it would be great to get a proper sandwich, but it appears that nobody working at this McDonald's cares about... the quality of the food they produce! They just throw your food together any way they feel like it and toss it in a bag hopingyou don't open until you get home. Hire people who care and are qualified! For everybodys' benefit! The mayo was stopped on inone spot, There's hardly any lettuce, and tomatoes were outside the bun in the container. What a freaking joke! I'll never wastemy money at this restaurant again! Read more
