Line around drive thru, pulled into "mobile ordering" spot and tried to order on the App. App said "no mobile ordering at this... location"...even tho we were in a designated spot for mobile ordering. So, we went in. Waited about 15 minutes for 1 gorditocrunch. It would appear that they fill every order in order regardless of size. Results, lots of ppl waiting on orders. I askedcashier about mobile ordering and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know". Read more

I understand there being mistakes and time being taken when the kitchen is understaffed and has new employees, but the managing... style from a certain employee is just awful. Anyone who is in charge of a team shouldn?t be degrading and rude towards otheremployees. It reflects badly on the overall restaurant. Also, the proportions were bad. Read more
Every time we go here weather it?s chicken or Tacos. This time we got 2 12 packs one soft one hard. I get to the window to pay... and the kid says sorry we don?t have beef! Would you like chicken or steak? I said does steak cost extra? He says no. I said okgive me steak. Then when we get home, first taco had just three pieces of steak! Nothing else no cheese no lettuce. Some othershad just a pinch of cheese and few pieces of lettuce. I am assuming because this is the only Taco Bell within and hours drivethat they can rip people off. Disappointing is not a good word for our purchase, robbed seems more apt. I took pictures of what this Taco Bell charged us... $16.30 for. There were literally a few dry spots of cheese (if you can call it that???) on the Cheese Quesadillas. The burritoshad little in them with one tiny spot of sour cream at the very last doughy bite. The nacho potatoes didn?t even fill half ofthe tiny container they were in. I?m making something for us to enjoy now as our Taco Bell waste of money wasn?t even enough fora snack.
