Don't bother ordering online. I did and I ended up waiting 40min+ ..... after my order was supposed to be ready, and I gave them... 1 hour notice. Ridiculous. If I could give no stars, I definitely would. Get it together! Read more
Working in Westlake there are few places to eat. Because of this I frequent, or did frequent this subway at least 2 to 3 times... per week. Today I went in at 1055 am to get an early lunch. Upon entering I could hear both ladies working complainingabout customers and orders. On and on. They were so busy complaining neither one even said hello or anything cordial andbarked at me as to what I wanted. Both were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've never had an issue with the food butthe employees just don't cut it. I own and operate a business in this area and would immediately terminate any employee whotreated customers this way. If these ladies are so miserable they should find somewhere else to work. After this experienceI will not be back. Read more
