I prefer to go to Rocky Mount Wendy's as they are much better with their service and accuracy. I stopped by to grab lunch for my... family. Simple order two combos and a kids meal. One combo had a chili instead of the default fries and this was a struggle forthe drive thru person. Once we got that straight I added my kids meal and the first combo was removed ???? so I had to ask wheremy first meal went and she added it back.....with fries.....so again we got to go through the chili instead of fries ordeal. Iwas able to get through that and got into the pickup window. I was only given 2/3 drinks and when I told the guy he just lookedat me like he didn't know what to do. So I pulled my receipt and explained AGAIN that I was missing a drink and showed him thetwo drinks I got like 10 seconds ago ???? Don't even think about sauce for your nuggets or any extra condiments/adequate amountof straws for said drinks. I am definitely staying far away from this Wendy's. I'm usually fairly understanding but wow what afrustrating experience and the food isn't even worth what you pay honestly. Read more
The deep fry oil here is old and nasty and thus affects everything cooked in it. I usually only go here if I'm desperate and... have exercised all my other options. ???? Read more
Worst Wendy's around. Employees don't care most of them standing around or outside smoking, orders take forever and hardly ever... correct. My wife and I placed an order there a couple months ago with only 2 ahead of us and spent 35 mins in line just to getup to window and order wasn't correct. Why hire people who don't want to work and pushing away more customers then they bringin. If anyone from corperate sees this message please go check out this disaster of a store Read more

I like their Dave's regular burger with the lettuce tomato mayonnaise pickle and onion. I like to put chili sauce on it. My kids... turned me on to that and it makes it great... er! The french fries are good. If you get there for breakfast they also offer awonderful sausage baconator breakfast sandwich. A friend brought me one recently and it was to die for. Give it a shot! The day I was there, they'd had one cash register disaster after another. Instead of being all stressed out and making it... obvious that they were having a really bad day, the gentleman running the register was calm, cool, and collected. He calmlyexplained what the problem was, that they could only take cash, and proceeded to keep things running very smoothly. As you cantell, I was impressed.
