I like bookstores, but this one was really busy. That is good for them, but not so much for me. They have several aisles of... Lego and several more aisles of games, followed by several aisles of puzzles from easy to difficult (3000 pieces). Great book store. Has something for everyone and a Starbucks. They have toys, music records, CDs, DVD, games, puzzles. So much... you could probably do all your Christmas shopping in one place. Read more

Considering the size of the building, one might believe that it holds many wonderful things. It doesn't. If you don't mind being... overcharged for low quality products, this is the place to burn your money away. The bulk of the store is: their coffee shop,the vinyl records, and novelty items. I miss the old Barnes & Noble that actually had books. P.S. Don't expect good customerservice. No one is going to offer their help. And if you ask, they get annoyed and say it's not their department. I tried toorder a book and was told they don't do that anymore. That's fine, luckily I know how to Google and order directly from Amazon. Read more

Always a joy to hit up B&N for a tasty drink and something fun to take home! The barista was super friendly and helpful. I found... a journal of writing prompts and a gorgeous tote bag to take home and I have been loving both! Read more

Clean!....people helpful. My wife enjoys your bookstore! We visited a competitor...Books a Million. Super helpful. Went there to pick up a present but upon arrival all the items that were "available in your store" mysteriously... had to be ordered. I went to customer service for help and he was very helpful. Explained the issue with online inventoryreporting then took me to the section where the books I needed were. Even helped me find some other items as well. Great tripand got everything I needed. Plus, they actually have someone there that can help and genuinely knows what he is doing. Thankyou. Read more
