I love Chick-fil-A but last night we stop by at 9:30pm and two employees were sitting on a table and when they saw us coming one... of them rush to lock the door and told us it was closed?same door that had a big sign that says they close at 10pm!!! How rude! Read more

Update: They sent me the wrong burrito on my current delivery, this time I called about it, and the guy that answered was... extremely kind about it and offered to replace it. Thanks dude. The absolute worst Chick-Fil-A for mobile / delivery orders. Every time I order from here for delivery, they either forget something from my order, or forget about my order entirely and itends up getting here 30 - 40 minutes past the initial delivery estimate. They intentionally removed half of the menu fromonline ordering, even though you can easily go to the drive-thru immediately after not being able to purchase online to get theitems. They have literally made me do this before. I ended up having to go there because they messed up my delivery orderinitially, and they wouldn't offer to deliver the fixed order. When I call to get an update, or ask a question, the womananswering the phone is always rude and has a horrible attitude as if I'm bothering her to get an update on the order. I neverexperience issues like this when going through the drive-thru. Sometimes you need to order for delivery, and the fact they arerude to you because you kindly ask for an update is insane. I won't be ordering from this location again, and suggest thatother people looking to place mobile orders do so from the Killeen location rather than the Heights location. Read more

Not happy with the food. And I usually love this place, but today I found a hair on my sandwich! Just gross I couldn't even eat... my lunch just drank my drink. Now I have to grab a vending machine snack back at work and then wait till dinner. The service wasgreat very fast. Read more
