Pretty terrible customer service today. Placed an order for delivery. Food arrived fairly quickly and one of the pizzas was... not at all what we ordered. Frustrating but ok, fair enough. Called the store and they sent out a new pizza. So far so good. An hour and some change goes by and another pizza arrives, it geta dropped on the door step with the driver running away to thecar. Got it inside and found that the pizza has tooings on one side as we ordered, totally blank on the other side. Called thestore again and was accused of lying about it. Manager was rude, dismissive, and short tempered. She wanted me to come to thestore with the pizza to prove that it wasn't what I ordered. I'll be taking business elsewhere from here on out. Best dominos I have ever visited. It's chain pizza so adjust your expectations. There is no good pizza in this immediate area so... we get Dominos once in a while. This location is always super fast and friendly. More employees need to adopt this attitude! Read more

This store needs whole lot of work to improve their standards, I love dominos but the bar is set pretty low at this specific... branch, ive gotten wrong orders, over priced orders, a hair rubber band in my food during the begining of a pandemic that wasbrushed off like it wasnt a big deal,and now pizza thats almost room temperature and looks like it has been sitting forever...iorder pizza atleast once or twice a week, I get so excited when I order dominos because I love it and every time at thislocation I am always let down I think I just need to start buying frozen pizza atleast it would be hot and fresh...plus itscheaper and consistant.... This is a complaint. ... Very disappointed .. the one thing that my 2 year old daughter looks forward to on the pizza is the... sausage... Looks all burnt like carne asada . And barely sprinkled on the pizza...plus the wings were all dry and barely had adrizzle of the buffalo sauce.... Won't buy from here again. I'll take my service to papa john's. Was studying and washing clothes late so I didn't want to cook tonight. Used an online coupon from their app for a... supreme-everything on it pizza inn garlic and parmesan sauce. Wasn't in the mood for tomatoe sauce and I'm glad, pizza isdelicious! Not overdone or underdone, just right.???? thank you! I've had both, over and under done at a different Domino's(they were pretty inconsistent). Coupon took $6 bucks off! I literally paid $20 for my large, everything on it pizza, plus tax,delivery and tip???? (and I gave 20%!). Love it. Crust is also soft and tastey, well seasoned. Thank you for making my nightless stressful and easy. About to prep for my late night test.
