I?ve been coming here for a few months and though service has always been really good, today I did a Togo order and the cook and... the manager whom was a new manager (new to position) were there and so extremely helpful. Everyone there always goes above andbeyond. I?m really impressed with their cooks who genuinely seem to like what they do and always try and make sure whoever isthere is taken care of. This is usually one of my favorite places. The last view visits the staff has been very dismissive. I waited for about 15... minutes before I stopped someone passing by and ask for help, then I sat at the bar for 30 min before being offered a free drinkwhile I wait. I got warm unsweet tea, no ice. This establishment always seems to offer great customer service and the menu variations are plentiful. I find myself trying... new, unique dish arrangements every time I visit. On my most recent trips on August 17th and July 27th, my family and I triednew options that we hadn't experienced yet and were very pleased with the food on both occasions. Daniela, our waitress, isalways on top of it, as she checks in on us quite frequently and makes sure our drinks are full all the time. Alexis alsoprovided top notch service during our visit back in November of 2021. We very much look forward to our next trip to thislocation so that we can once again try a dish that we haven't yet experienced. If you are looking for a restaurant that offersincomparable customer service, phenomenal food, and an abundance of options, then look no further than Genghis Grill. The food is yummy and I am thankful for veggie options... but I usually have to order my bowls to be delivered or be picked up... and they seem to never be correct. Ingredients are missing or unwanted ingredients are added. Everything is listed on my receiptso I am not sure why it isn't just followed in the cooking process? So... at least they do make you a remake bowl free ofcharge when you let them know they have messed up! Read more

Customer service was good but the food could have been better. Then really needed to cover there food up from nats /flys was... flying all around. Not sanitary. Then they didn?t have the items (rice noodles ) which is advertised online. And pricesdefinitely went up way to much. Probably won?t be going back here. Read more
I like the food it's delicious, however, a large bowl went from just over $10 a few years ago to over $20 on our last visit.... They also started putting limits and up charges on things like eggs. Also now if you are creating your own bowl you aren'tallowed to go back for a meat product that you may have passed. Foods good, but not really worth the cost in my opinion. Read more
