The food is ok, they can do better. In addition, the service can at times be very slow. In my opinion, they need to hire more... waitress and once in a while do quality assurance control assessment to ensure the food is up to part. Read more
I'm writing this because IHOP exceeded my expectations. Here's my specific experience: I'm on a weight loss journey, 50# down... and still more to go. I got the salmon with a salad, wild rice, broccoli. The salmon was so good! Tender, flavorful, crispy onthe outside. Honestly I was really impressed. So, nothing about the pancakes. Dinner with the kiddos and it was very nice. Our server was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. I only had coffee and it... was brewed fresh. The server made sure the orders and drinks were ok and when my son ordered the wrong drink by mistake she wasquick to get him a new one with no problems. The atmosphere here was uncomfortable, though the company has its own music that is played softly so you can hear yourself and... your guest talk, this I-Hop employees plays their on music, at the same with the company music, but louder coming from thekitchen. Our waiter was friendly and the food was good but this just didn?t seem like I was at I-Hop, it seemed more like a baror a night club atmosphere.
