The food is ok, they can do better. In addition, the service can at times be very slow. In my opinion, they need to hire more... waitress and once in a while do quality assurance control assessment to ensure the food is up to part. Read more
I'm writing this because IHOP exceeded my expectations. Here's my specific experience: I'm on a weight loss journey, 50# down... and still more to go. I got the salmon with a salad, wild rice, broccoli. The salmon was so good! Tender, flavorful, crispy onthe outside. Honestly I was really impressed. So, nothing about the pancakes. Dinner with the kiddos and it was very nice. Our server was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. I only had coffee and it... was brewed fresh. The server made sure the orders and drinks were ok and when my son ordered the wrong drink by mistake she wasquick to get him a new one with no problems. Maybe I'm just extra ticked because it was a long day and I was specifically wanting the cupcake pancakes, but seriously? How do... you forget the thing that makes it cupcake pancakes? No, there was nothing on the side either, I just got pancakes withsprinkles in them. Read more
Leslie was absolutely spectacular. The service she gave and the courtesy she gave was superb! Me personally, I don't like being... bothered while I'm eating, she checked in without saying a word, (like refilling my empty drink that I set to the side to notifyher whenever she passed by) I'm not rude with that but she understood and was spot on with EVERYTHING. Absolutely thankful forher service. We also went a different time at a later night and Brandon, same thing. Orders were correct, everything was great,the sweet tea is magnificent. You know IHOP is one of those places that we can sit down and just enjoy and old-fashioned breakfast! It's also one of those... late night runs for a long night out. With that said the food is American standard breakfast affair. Sweet, fatty, greasy,breads of sorts and maybe if your lucky something slightly good for you not just good to you. Can't complain really. Those earlymornings with good company makes it a great way to wake up and get your morning started. Read more
All I have to say is yum ???? Then again this is the only thing I eat here so..... Update: went back with a friend and my visit... was better. I forgot the name of my waiter but he was amazing. I even got a special pancake. January 5, 2022 between 3am and5am. Update: April 10, 2022. I tried the Cali Turkey melt and it was so good, first time trying something out side of breakfastand it was worth it. Read more
The atmosphere here was uncomfortable, though the company has its own music that is played softly so you can hear yourself and... your guest talk, this I-Hop employees plays their on music, at the same with the company music, but louder coming from thekitchen. Our waiter was friendly and the food was good but this just didn?t seem like I was at I-Hop, it seemed more like a baror a night club atmosphere. Also there was no staff to greet and seat the customers when they arrived. This was a Friday nightat 11 pm. Read more
