Usually I LOVE their pizza, this time, there were 3+/- pieces that were half bare. Not the usual quality I expect.

"Simply the BEST" pizza! Discovered them while traveling thru Utah, and was THRILLED to find them when I got home to TEXAS.... There are options for every level of pizza connoisseur, options to expand any pizza pallet. AND YES they have 'so many' greatdeals and coupons. Horrible experience. Bought 4 pizzas and a cheesy bread and all were burnt to a crisp except one. Called to get a credit or... refund and the manager wouldn't tell us his name and wouldn't refund the amount. Absolutely worst pizza and worst customerservice ive ever seen. Read more

I love Marcos. I feel like it?s just a better pizza. But what really sets them apart is their staff. I go between two locations,... depending who I?m ordering for, and I?ve never had a bad experience at either. I?ll continue to recommend to my family andfriends. And who doesn?t love coupons?!? I order from here regularly. It's a bit more expensive but the quality is exponentially better in my opinion. They also have... really good coupons. There was an issue with my carryout order this last time. I went in to pick up my pizzas and they werecoming out of the oven as I arrived. The woman taking out my pizza accidentally dropped the first pizza and it fell all over herhand and arm. I was worried that she might have seriously harmed herself and she still had piping hot sauce all over herextremities. She apologized profusely and said she was fine and asked if she could remake my pizza while I waited. I told her Ihad to take one home immediately to feed my husband before he left for work but that I could come back to get the remade Pizza.She offered to remake both of the pizzas and by the time I had returned they were both finished and ready to go. I am still veryconcerned that the woman may have burned herself more than she let on but I'm very impressed with the professionalism andcustomer service she displayed.
