Customer service is the absolute worst! There?s no mercy at the drive thru if you need to correct your order (not at the... window) still in the process of ordering. The employees will become combative and claim that they can?t fix the order becauseit?s already made. Not to mention they are always out of food way before the end of the day. I Tried to give panda express harker heights another try and they disappointed once again. I ordered bigger plate rice,walnut... shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and kung pow chicken. I got orange chicken in my plate and that is it and I STILL PAID FOR THE BIGGERPLATE. The workers was more Interested in having a Conversation than paying attention to the order. I know what it is about this panda express feel like I always get ripped off every time I come here and they always take... forever. They gave me one small scoop of chow mein and a scoop and a half of rice, five pieces of honey walnut shrimp andsomehow my broccoli beef taste burnt and the broccoli isn?t cooked all the way.
