Customer service is the absolute worst! There?s no mercy at the drive thru if you need to correct your order (not at the... window) still in the process of ordering. The employees will become combative and claim that they can?t fix the order becauseit?s already made. Not to mention they are always out of food way before the end of the day. I Tried to give panda express harker heights another try and they disappointed once again. I ordered bigger plate rice,walnut... shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and kung pow chicken. I got orange chicken in my plate and that is it and I STILL PAID FOR THE BIGGERPLATE. The workers was more Interested in having a Conversation than paying attention to the order. I know what it is about this panda express feel like I always get ripped off every time I come here and they always take... forever. They gave me one small scoop of chow mein and a scoop and a half of rice, five pieces of honey walnut shrimp andsomehow my broccoli beef taste burnt and the broccoli isn?t cooked all the way. Not only was I rushed through my order but I also ordered a drink in which she repeated it to me and then denied it at the... window instead of just admitting a tiny mistake and fixing it. Drive-thru service was meh! They don't listen to the orders. And didn't give us our full order when we got to the window. What... Panda Express has NO EGGPLANT & TOFU?? And no vegetarian option?? Customer service was good. There was a line to wait but that's only because of one Panda's Express in town. It's time for... another one to be built. As for the food, it was good but they forgot a spoon and some napkins. I was out in about. There was abunch of sauce in the bag. Next time, I will check my bag before, I pull away from the window. Loved the experience! First time going. As a vegan I got to try the beyond orange chicken and it was delicious! I hope they keep... it! The chow mein was fresh and tasty. The sauce variety and boxes the food comes in are really nice. Resturant is supper cleanand staff work very fast. Overall, great first experience. Read more
