This store didn't have employees up front for 90% of the time which caused people to wait and yell for service. They also... overcharged my pizza by 5 dollars and when I finally found them and asked them while I showed them the price online they saidthey couldn't do anything and that those only apply online which is a blatant lie. I purchased pizza for my staff during Teacher Appreciation week. Pizza Hut had a Door Dash delivery driver bring their lunch. ... Upon opening one of the boxes a roach crawled out of the box. I am not sure if the roach came from the restaurant or the doordash delivery drivers car. They did refund the amount of the purchase. Read more
I have had no problems here. Your experience may differ. If you are unsure about what to get, I recommend getting a Pan crust... pizza with extra sauce and cheese along with your favorite toppings. Best option in my opinion. (I personally like Supreme) Read more
I called in and had no problem placing my order, though there was a slight hiccup when I arrived to pick up at the requested... time. Because of this minor mishap, the manager promptly came and spoke with me. He assured me that he was going to make it atop priority to fix the issue. The customer service, and quality of pizza (once I received the proper pizza) were phenomenal. Iam very pleased with the assistance the General Manager, Justin, gave me in my visit this evening. No cheese packets or red pepper provided.... they want you to purchase this. I didn't know this and if so I would have ordered... elsewhere. My pizza was ok crust tasted very sweet. Also half the dining area is taken away for and area to fold pizza boxes...So this place is more an Express. Read more
This location, which I have used now and then over the last 25 years, is historically hit or miss. When they prepare a pizza... correctly you get what you expect. But for some reason quality control often overlooks pies which are boxed up that are burnt toa crisp or completely undercooked. Pizza Hut is my last choice for pizza in this area. Read more
