We just had a work lunch that we needed to cater. Most of us at the office have a favorite BBQ place but we saw the great... reviews for Rossler\'s and it was closer than our regular spot. It was AMAZING food!!!!!!!!! Steve (the owner) was on time todeliver our meal and was so helpful an accommodating the whole process through. We ordered brisket and ribs. Listen. If you haven\'t been to Rossler\'s Blue Cord, then you are missing out. Papaw\'s special is my recommendation. The food... was phenomenal, brisket, ribs, turkey, and sausage were all in the box. The order has all their sides and a special treat thatwill blow your mind. The house banana pudding. Damn these people don\'t play! Got the sausage and pork ribs. Sausage was smoky and juicy. Ribs were tender, juicy, smoky, and... had a great char and sauce.\n\nI travel throughout central Texas for work and I pretty much exclusively eat barbecue.\n\nHighlyrecommend this place.
