Conveniently close, the attitude of the workers is actually not bad they are very polite. Though my issue is they are CONSTANTLY... out of items. I came in today they had no steak and only 4 white breads and 1 wheat. It was only 6pm they are open til 10pm. Noword if they were making anymore it was clear they didn't want to give options or maintain their inventory extremely poorlymanaged. Read more

So I go into the subway to get a salad I stand there 15 minutes with someone making sandwiches they don?t even acknowledge that... I?m there don?t even look at me so I leave I will never go back to this restaurant again I am in customer service I manage alarge hotel and I would never not acknowledge a customer or gas that walked into my restaurant and make them stay in there whileyou ignore them very poor customer service Read more

The staff was very friendly with a polite and respectful attitude. The sandwich tasted great. Totally satisfying service.

I usually like to buy the salad from subway but I will definitely will not be going back to the one in Indian trail in Harker... Heights. Employee was rude and I had to ask her for a knife so I'll be able to cut the ham since she didn't do it. Ask her forcroutons since they come with the salad, her answer was we don't carry them. It's a $8.19 salad! Read more

If ever I wanted the option to leave zero stars! Not once not twice not three times, but four times have I been to this location... and been absolutely disappointed. The service is always super slow, and they literally never have meatballs! Every single time Ihave come I have tried to order a meatball sub, and they are always out of meatballs. I just left this location again, becauseyou are out of meatballs, absolutely appalling management. I don't understand how the doors are even continuing to stay openwhen you are constantly out of every single item. Figure out how to stock this place, figure out how to make your ordersproperly and get the right amount of product in your store. Also, you might want to train your employees a little better withcustomer service, and common cleaning abilities. Read more

Officially done going to this location. Last time they had one of the rudest men working there, huffing and throwing... ingredients. This time the staff was really nice, but I ordered a footlong with chicken and roast beef and they couldn't getthat right. At first she pulled out two bread, but I corrected her that I wanted a single sandwich with both. Ok, mistakeshappen. Then she went half-and-half with the meat, chicken on one side, beef on the other. Whatever, didn't want to correct hertwice when she looked like she was hurt by the first correction, so I just dealt with it. Then we got to checkout and I wascharged for two different 6". So, in short, I got less than what I wanted, and charged nearly double. Absolute incredible. Read more

Before going for a hike near Stillhouse Hollow, I stopped here for a lunch on the go. I ordered a tuna sandwich, chips, and a... cookie. The sandwich was tasty, bread was good, and the employees were friendly. I'll definitely be back again in the future. Read more
