I am so disappointed with the food I was served this evening. My fries were cold, tough and stale as though they were leftover... from the day before. The corn was just as bad cold, very stale and dried up also, covered in the Wingstop house seasoning therefore salty. I expected nothing but greatness from this location in Harker Heights, Tx. due to the high volume of customersI witness entering the facility as I sat there patiently waiting 25 minutes for my order. The only positive experience Ireceived this evening was from my host Luz (name on receipt). she was meticulous at making sure she spelled my correct name andshe followed through with repeating my order to assure that she was inputting everything I was requesting correctly into theregister... just so I could drive 8 minutes home to serve my family cold stale food!! $30.00 dollars trashed. Okay so listen. I came here on a very busy night and normally I get really irriated when resturaunts are backed up with orders... BUT this only applies when the workers aren't working their butts off. Tonight every single worker on the night shift at 8:06p.m. on today's date of 09/01/2022 did a fantastic job working hard despite the pressure and lots of rude customers. Kudos toyou all ???????????? Wing-Stop probably has the best wings of all of the wing places. This one in particular has some problems. Their wings are... still great, but otherwise it's a little disappointing. To start with, this location does NOT sell beer. Important to know (anddisappointing if you didn't know) if you're counting on an ice cold beer with your wings after a long work day. But if youfigured you'd settle for a cold Coke, nope - their out of ice too, and the Coke is room temperature. Additionally, count on 30to 45 minutes wait for your food (and they don't have appetizers - or beer). Over all, as good as the wings may be, I'll gosomeplace else next time. Read more
Come on wingstop. Yall are better than this. I come here frequently and this is the first time I got skimped like this. I... thought I'd try the voodoo fries today but I'd expect to atleast get the same amount as a normal order of fries. This ispitiful. To charge $5 for this is garbage. Where's the dang fries at? This particular site has gone down. Depending on which manager is there depends on how the food is going to turn out. There's... one manager there that I always request to make my food. Not only is she very friendly, she also makes sure that she makes myfood exactly the way I want. Now when she's not there or does not make my food that is when they are always problems. Two of thebiggest issues that I have with this place is that the food is overcooked and full of grease. The last few times I havebought from there the boxes have been so full of grease that there was no way you could eat the wings. There was also no flavorwhatsoever, and all the garlic parmesean was floating in the grease and on top of that overcooked like almost burnt . This ofcourse makes it hard to transport your food alone when there's grease spilling out of the Box and because they don't drain drainthe food and also just put hot food in these thin boxes and melts and then ends up coming through the bag then you've got notonly grease all at the bottom of the carton you've also got grease in the bag luckily the bags are pretty thick but even allthat grease soaks through the bags. The only upside is that the managers are quick to offer to remake the food. At most all Ican say is stop overcooking the food and actually drain the food before putting it into the boxes. Read more
Hey, first off I wanna say that I'm not a frequent complainer, so take this as a bit of advice. I've ordered wings from... franchise and hole in the wall restaurants, but never have I received an extra side of grease, lol. This review is really not about the wings themselves nothin much to say. there good, nothing to write home about just a good... fill in when you don't feel like cooking your own wings. This review is about those chicken thigh bites. I was not impressed atall. By the time I got past the breaded crust I was wondering where was the meat. Wasn't much of it. On top of that they tastedlike the chicken bites you can find in the freezer of your local food store or dollar general. Now maybe that's an issue withjust this location so still try them out and form your own opinion. But 3 stars is the best I can give at this time. Read more
Ordered delivery. Spent about $60.When delivery arrived only got half the food. Called the store and would not deliver what... was forgotten. They said I had to go pick it up. The reason I ordered delivery is so I didn't have to get out. They said theywould remake my order and would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later to pick up my order and they had given myorder to someone else. Had to wait 20 more minutes to finally get my order. Read more
