Lisa is absolutely fantastic. She got our order, she got our drinks and she actually took time to talk and enjoy our company as... well. The cooks did great on the food and the waitresses and servers were beyond responsive. We?re from Sioux City area and wewill definitely make this a regular for us :) Can?t wait to come back! Very pleased with our food the last 4-5 times we've eaten here over the last two months. Prior to that we stopped going there... because of such horrible experiences with food, service and other issues. We decided to try again with the new ownership andhave not been disappointed since. Understandably there's been some employment changes and new training happening that's resultedin some wait times on a few occasions, but they are quickly working out the kinks and are anxious to please customers and makepositive changes. We got to meet one of the owners personally during our meal yesterday and they have a great plan in place withamazing food specials, menu items and have revamped the way some of the foods are prepped as well. Man I was so ready to come eat here. Had a friend rave about how good they are for over a year. I finally got a chance to come... out and was like we are eating here. Was so looking forward to it. Man was I horribly let down. They changed owners recently andthey changed every up from what my friends said it was. The food took so long to come out and we literally where the only onesthere when we ordered and another group didn't come In till our food was almost served so I couldn't imagine what took 40+minutes to make some burgers. The patties where nasty pre made frozen cheap patties. They weren't even cooked all the way. Bakedbeans where just canned pork and beans with one piece of meat in it. I spent $80.00 for us to eat. What makes me most upset isthat my friends talked it up so good and they ask for tip at purchase so I knew it was gonna be amazing so I tipped $50.00. Manwas that a horrible mistake. It wasn't worth even tipping. My friends said this is not what it was like before the new owners.They said they will never go back and they ate there often. I'll never even give this place a second chance. It was a major letdown. Can't believe they came in and just trashed the business by cutting all the corners that made the food good. Man I meaneverything that came out was trash except the fried cauliflower. It was actually amazing but literally everything else wascheaply made and you could tell big time. Read more
Stopped in with my fiancé since new ownership we usually order in council bluffs since it?s closer but we happened to be in... Harlan. Buck snort has always been one of our favorite places to stop and get food It did not disappoint food was absolutelyamazing as always , whitetail nachos always a fave of mine , fiancé said the burger was juicy and flavorful , tater tots crispyand fried to perfection. Service was great very friendly and efficient, restaurant was nice and clean. We will definitelyrevisit and recommend this location. Read more

Food was very good. The building was welcoming and very beautiful inside for the kind of place it is. Only one cook,greeter, and... waiter at this establishment and they were all one person for the entire building. So here's what's up, the food was hands downamazing but I did in fact spend the following day suffering from food poisoning and in considerable pain. Nothing else from myday to day schedule was different other than eating here. Read more
