So I ordered delivery online....accidentally scheduled it for the wrong date to be delivered. The gentleman assistant manager... got it all figured out and got it going when I called in lookin for my pizza. The best part is we got it delivered in less than20 minutes from re-ordering and it was so piping hot! Harlan Pizza Ranch sure knows how to keep the family happy even if theerror was on my side. I handed over my rewards card and the gal ran it thru. Then said I would need to go to a website to re-registered my card. ... I've had this card for years. Hadn't used it for a while, but did use it 3 times in the past 5 weeks. The other 2 times theemployees never said anything about the fact it wasn't working, no points were accumulated... nothing. So I appreciate theemployee that told me. But, the other 2.. shame on them! Read more

So, I'm back in Iowa (Harlan, specifically). First visit to the Pizza Ranch. We got a half-Texan, half-Sweet Swine (pineapple &... Canadian bacon) pizza ... most excellent. Staff was friendly, the pizza was very inexpensive ... everything was really, reallygood. Read more
