Ordered a double cheeseburger but only got a single patty with 2 pieces of cheese. There was no sweet tea in the lobby. There... was a woman cleaning the lobby that had a great attitude. Read more
They got our order wrong every time because it was either raw , wrong sauce , no sauce or wrong burgers. The workers there act... like there half asleep hate there life and just wanna go home. Read more

I went by 2 days in a row trying to order an ice cream cone and both days I was told the machine was ?being cleaned?. I worked... in a fast food restaurant, I know it doesn?t take 2 days to clean the ice cream machine. When I was asked what I wanted toreplace it with I was told I could get a strawberry pie. When I got home and checked my bag I was given an apple pie instead.We?re paying the high prices for this stuff, we should be able to, at the very least, get what we ask for. Read more
I wish there was a rating for a 0 star because I just went to McDonalds and we were waiting for 30 minutes for 1 gallon of sweet... tea when they should have had some and the women went on a smoke break and forgot about us and the woman up there said it onlytakes 8 minutes to make it and we had to go in and get it ourselves and they were rude and they didn't even give us a full jug,and they said they didn't have enough tea and that's a lie because they were giving several cups of tea to a woman.
