Taller kid with longer hair very rude, ignored me and crying kids for 10 + min. Acknowledged other customers. Didn't ask name... for food order that was clearly sitting and already done for 15+ minutes. Would not recommend at all. Portions were bad andalways skimpy. Along with inconsistent. Can't say enough about this Domino's! Wesley, the person that took my order, was incredibly nice and thorough to make sure I got... the items I ordered. He also called me back to let me know about a change in the order - he didn't have to do that! Maxwell thedriver was also extremely nice and even expressed concern over me saying I was sick! Strongly recommend this place for its kindstaff - and the pizza was tasty, too. Read more
I certainly hope this isn't similar for all Domino's locations, but the one in Harleysville is poorly managed, under staffed (so... they say) and almost useless as a Pizza location. We have had 3 BAD experiences in a row. So bad that we no longer will usethem. 3 bad scenarios, ordered online, 1 went to pickup, stated in car delivery, texted when I was there, waited 20 minutesfinally went in, and they said OH it just came out, when it was fairly cold sitting on the shelf. 2nd We were away and our kidswere home (all over 15) and asked for delivery, after 1.5 hours late, we started calling.. they said they were backed up...arrived about 2 hours after delivery schedule. 3rd Ordered at 6:40 PM, said pickup at 8 - 8:10, went there at 8:10, they said30 more minutes... Sadly I will never again order pizza from this location. I have two young children who love pizza and its unbelievable that any... pizza place would have an hour and a half wait FOR PICK UP! We tried delivery a few times with this location. FYI - I couldwalk to this location in 15 minutes - and I call when it says my pizza has been ready and finished for 15 minutes, and they tellme it is out for delivery. 45 minutes later we got the pizzas and food. Cold as can be. That was awful experience #1. Awfulexperience #2 - We were about an hour away, on our way home to meet with extended family at our place. I ordered pizzas to pickup on the way home. I get there AN HOUR LATER, and they are NOT EVEN MADE YET. So I ask when I will get them and the answerwas "When the board says you are next." Unacceptable answer. I drive home and wait another 30 minutes and return. Still noteven prepared yet. We ended up going to WAWA for dinner. Awful Experience #3 was just the other day. I got my wife to agree togive it a try. Sunday night - far as I know not a HUGE pizza demand night. We ordered ONE MEDIUM PIZZA AND CHICKEN BITES. Thewait time at 6PM was 45-60 minutes. Okay, whatever, we will survive. The indicator never moves. So I call to see if I ambeing scammed again. No one answers the phone for 8 minutes so I hang up. Yep. So we wait the 50 minutes and go. No pizza. Hadn't even been made yet - "Will get to yours next." We sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes and go in - guess what - as soonas we left the guy must have forgotten about us (though we could see him through the window) - HADNT BEEN PREPPED YET. Totalwait time 1 hour and 45 minutes to get ONE PIZZA AND CHICKEN BITES. So we will never return here and sincerely hope this storejust closes up shop. 75% of the blame is on owner/corporate for letting this happen. 25% of the blame is on theworkers/manager for sucking at their jobs. First of all I placed the order at 6:03 and was told that it would be ready between 6:29-6:39. The tracker wasn't moving so I... decided to go out and hit the I'm here button on the website since I had chosen curbside delivery. I waited for 15 min before Icalled the store. The guy said that I didn't check in and I had already done that as soon as I got there. When I checked in, thesite told me to turn my hazards on which I did. He then was not friendly. He also told me it was not done yet and it was thenext in line to be put in the oven. A little after 7 I got a text message that it was put in the oven. Finally the guy came outwith my order and just stood at my window. That upset me because when I chose curbside delivery, I had hit the leave in trunkoption when the options appeared. On top of that, the soda had a hole in it and on the way home, my son had to hold it out thewindow so more soda wouldn't get all over my interior. Then when I got home, one of the pizzas was well done. Today was my son's10th birthday and this was what he wanted for his birthday meal. So it was supposed to be special. But this store went above andbeyond to make it not special but unforgettable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. As soon as I left that feedback about my order on their website, I got a call from the manager, who once again was not friendly. He said that the order wasput in in the order it was received. And didn't address all of my other issues as I have stated above. I never had a problemwith my order not being ready in the time it said it would be ready. So I don't know why this time would be any different. Iwill not be recommending this location to anybody. I will drive further to get a better experience. Read more
Wow... Where to begin. First order a few weeks ago they forgot the soda. They gave us a free medium pizza. OK ok. Two weeks... ago... Same thing... Another free pizza. Tonight I order one of said free pies. Out for delivery... 45 mins later, nothing. Ihad time to go out, eat, and come home to the delivery guy at my door waiting for me (at this point I don't care)...before youjudge? Enjoy the photo of the pizza he handed me.
