My family loves Primo, so when we recently moved to the area we were happy there was a Primo here. This Primo is such a... disaster. We've eaten here 7 or 8 times at this point and NOT ONCE has the order been completely correct. The cheese is wrong,or they put mayo on when we didn't ask for it, ext. It's never right. Sometimes you ask for a Diablo and they put literaltablespoons of cayenne on and you can't eat your sandwich, other times you ask for a Diablo and get no cayenne. On top of that,no matter if you order during a rush or not, they will ALWAYS tell you it's going to be 30-35 minutes until your food is ready.We are usually only ordering 2 sandwiches so this is ridiculous. We noticed the sandwiches are always ready in 15 if we go inand get them early, but it's just annoying, the sandwiches are soggy if we wait the time we are told. I'm writing this in hopesthat this Primo gets their act together, we live here now and really don't want to have to stop eating Primo. I'm planning onwriting to corporate as well, I'm desperate to have a decent Primo without having to drive to the next town over! Read more

Consistency. So important! We love $2 off Wednesdays from our Primo membership APP, but maybe the Wednesday lunch rush should... be avoided. I find Harleysville to be the best location, but I go there at odd hours. When I travel from Limerick PA through orclose to Harleysville I am glad to buy their cheese-steaks, as few other Primos offer them. I have special ordered hoagies withextra oregano, no onions and one half, no tomatoes on other half so I can share it, they get them correct. FYI, I have $2 offcoupons from other locations and Harleysville will honor them. Best to avoid busy hours is my analysis. Also, I observe theirfood handling and the store's cleanliness and find it top notch (neat, clean, and orderly). Read more
Reducing the size of your hoagies? Then please be honest about it. Smaller and smaller everytime. This was a $15 primo size... hoagie. Look at how small it is compared to a small bottle of water. We all know prices are going up all around us. JUST chargemore and keep the size the same. Read more
We have given this place soon many chances, but we are always disappointed. Today takes the cake. We spent $68 on five... sandwiches (one was for a kid), which in and of itself is outrageous. However, if the sandwiches had been packed with meat andtoppings, we would have been cool with it. However, these sandwiches were all roll and lettuce. There was VERY little meat.Everyone was hungry a half hour later. It seems this place gives less and less meat every time we go. If I'm going to get abunch of lettuce sandwiches, they better be $2 a pop. Not $14. We won't be giving this place any more chances. Read more
