Went into establishment where I had to use a touch screen to order, but 2 out of 3 were broken . After placing my order u stood... there for over 5 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. Upoj witnessing a young female just standing at the counterstaring at a monitor, and another gentleman standing around playing on his phone, I asked the whole place there if anyone knewwhat was going on with my order or if everyone was busy to their own devices . At this point the female at the counter began tocurse at me telling me shes a minor waiting to go on her break as to which she played her Nintendo DS. The guy then smid hisphone back in his pocket and walked away. I was told drive thru is their priority not the lobby. I then demanded my money backasking why people who choose not to get out of vehicle are more important than the ones who come inside. No answer given. Took agood 4 minutes for individual to open drawer and instead of handing me my refund with my hand extended, he placed on counteraway from me. Read more
Employees working here are disrespectful and hostile towards delivery drivers for no damn reason. Stopped here to pickup my... lunch. On my way out I received a delivery request and went back to pick it up. This one employee yelled at me saying ?You can?tpick up an order while you order food for yourself?. Also instead of placing the prepaid orders at the pickup counter theyalways keep the bags in the back. There?s no cashier/employee in the front to help either. If you need help you have to waittill an employee decides to come to the front or yell for someone to come help you. Read more
Typical taco bell. Good service at drive-thru. I've walked in a few times, and the cashier told me they weren't taking orders... so I had to use the kiosk, which is awkward. Read more
I have been here 3 times. Everytime we go there and go through the drive thru there is always something missing. The employees... are super nice, just annoying our order is always missing an item. Read more
I really like Taco Bell food. I was never a big fan of Taco Bell when I was younger so I avoided going there but I gave it a... shot just recently and now I want to go all the time. I really enjoy the food. My only minor complaint would be the size oftheir drinks are ridiculously small. And for the price that you pay it makes it worse. But that will not stop me from going inthe future. Read more
Can't review taco bell bad. They are the best. Mexican pizza is life, don't ever remove it again. Oh and always use the app to... order- points add up quick for rewards. Please consider posting gluten free options... Read more
Seriously the best Taco Bell location I?ve been to. Food order was accurate and not just sloppily thrown together like they do... in all the other Taco Bell?s. They also used more ingredients to make our tacos, we had a larger amount of meat, cheese andlettuce. Definitely not the usual scant amount of meat and fixings you get at all the other locations. And it wasn?t sloppy! Wealways have a large order for our large family consisting of at least 3 party packs or more and all other Taco Bell?s just throwour order together to get it out the door. This place did not do that and I was quite impressed at how good everything lookedand tasted. It tasted better than other traditional Taco Bell?s because they used more meat and toppings in their soft shelltacos. This is now our go to Taco Bell. Read more
