Ordered a shortie and it was the worst Wawa sandwich I?ve ever experienced. The chicken salad was soupy, the pickles were flat... tasting and the onions were cut in all kinds of weird shapes and slivers. The roll was kind of hard too. When I opened thewrapping the whole thing flopped open and there were onions everywhere and dripping chicken salad. On top of that, I waited forthe sandwich and watched people who ordered after me receive their orders before me- I inquired and the girl behind the countersaid ?oh yeah, here it is?. Store is alright, nice staff. Will change to 4 stars if they change the bathrooms. It's always a 10-15 minute wait to get in... them since they are single person restrooms... whoever designed the layout did a horrible job. I feel bad for the employees whohave to wait everytime they need to use the restroom. Very poor layout! Read more
all too often you go in at 5-6AM and things like the iced coffee machine, cups, straws...not refilled, store is dirty, coffee is... old and from the day before... They have plenty of employees. You know this, because they are standing around talking abouttheir personal lives while customers are waiting.. They moved to a new location and it's an awful design, obviously lowestbidder won, pain to get in and out of, parking lot is dangerous and cops often sit nearby to catch people who don't stopperfectly at the many stop signs you need to navigate to get in and out of it. Pure Incompetence. Self checkout gave an error and needed and override. The cashier "didn't know the pin" and said to come to... the register. Time wasted. She scans everything and then the food slip and says it's cancelled and I need to go back andreorder. Said nope and left. Called the manager and when I explained the situation, instead of the first words being "Iapologize", she started giving me a speech on how the employee is new, how the food WASNT cancelled and just needed to be voidedon the self checkout. All this self-justification of the situation. When she finally stopped talking, I said this whole call youjustified the events but not once apologized for the experience. All I was looking for. So that tells you the lack overtraining, customer service and care. Don't let the fancy new store fool you. Read more
This is one of the best Wawas I have ever been to! They have a beer cooler, and everyone is super polite. There is an employee... there named Anthony, who goes above and beyond everytime he is my cashier! Everyone there is awesome, but Anthony goes out ofhis way to make sure my experience is awesome, and this always encourages me to come back to this store! Read more
This is the new Harleysville wawa. It doesn't compare to the old Harleysville wawa. The old one was tiny with inconvenient... parking, but it had everything. This new one is awful - the selection is substandard. What they do offer is usually out ofstock (but yet available in abundance at the Skippack and Lansdale wawas). They do offer beer, which I guess is why they haddumb this location down to its terrible state, but you can find a better beer selection in most college students' dorm roomshidden under they're beds.
