Friday, shortly after 8:00 pm CST. Had a 20 min wait, no complaints there given the day and time. Charismatic server, he was... very attentive and highly proficient. The food was phenomenal, between $12.00-$18.00 for our meals per person. There are itemsunder $10.00 though. No complaints on food and service. Read more
I tryed to make an order on the app and it wouldnt go thru so i went inside to see if i can place an order togo and the lady at... the door didnt even acknowledge me and when i ask her if i can make a to go order she sent me to the bar i waited 20 minutesand no one came to take my order.......spoke to the manager he tryed to help me but i felt so alienated that if i made an orderthat it would be messed with... Came for the all you can eat wings but am disappointed. You have to choose only 1 flavor and they bring you 10 wings. You cannot... ask for different flavors until you finished the 10. For my size, i was full at the 10. Order the second one but was unavle tofinish it. Wish they gave less to try all the flavors. Read more
Food was good just needed a little bam wow factor. Didn't get it. To be fair they had just opened up. Overall service was good.
Service was great! The cleanliness of the restaurant was above par. Very organized in the way they are handling the COVID... pandemic. Server was very nice and attentive. I recommend this location for anyone looking for a great sit in meal. Menus aregiven only 1 per table and it made of paper. Their boneless wings were like fast food chicken nuggets bathed in hot sauce! Food was ok but the service was terrible! We... waited 20 minutes until a manager came by to ask if anyone had taken our drink orders before we saw our waitress! And it's notlike they were busy. The place was practically empty! The place was freezing cold. No smiles. No interest in their customers.Horrible experience! I wish they would train their staff on customer service. Read more
