I will never spend my money again at this restaurant. Not only did they mess up my 2 meals but also when I took the food back... they kept the food an didn?t refund me the so called manager ?Brittany? was so rude an unprofessional in front of the employeesan other customers I don?t even know why she?s in that leading position if she doesn?t know how to treat customers with respectan was no help to us at all. It?s been a little over a month and still haven?t gotten my refund, so not only did they keep thefood but my money too! I tried to get ahold of the district manager ?Oscar? but was always too busy for us or doesn?t exist.Called customer service to report also never heard back from corporate. Very disappointed this morning with BK breakfast on Tyler. We ordered 4 croissants and a breakfast plater around 9am.... Croissants seemed to have been sitting under the lamp for a while, oil were absorbed by wrapper. The chesse on the croissantswas a dark shade. Hash browns were super hard and crunchy, l even mentioned it to the employee that the food was cold and allshe said was sorry. We ended up throwing everything away, l even told employee outside that it was the worst meal ever. Read more

If you've never tried the impossible burger at Burger King. You need to try it. It is really good. This is great for anyone... who wants to try to eat less meat. The jalapeño poppers were not as good as the Church's one. Read more
This place is a joke the staff is rude and unwelcoming. They play loud Spanish music in the dining room during business hours.... On the weekends they do not open the dining room untill 3 or 4 pm. Always unstaffed always getting the orders wrong. Bathroom isnever clean. Have seen staff and mangers out in their vehicles smoking marijuana..I'm very sure if they give the staff a drugtest more than half will fail. The list goes on about this place..... Read more
My favorite place to go before and this time? there were no coke or Dr Pepper and the other drinks tasted like carbonated water.... My burgers were cold as well as my fries. For someone getting a big order, you?d expect hot everything. I didn?t call because ithad been a busy day for me. Hopefully, when I go back again, it will be better. Read more
