This location may be a franchise. When I see an advertisement for a special on tv, and then go to the store to try to purchase... it, they do not have it; that leads me to believe that they are a franchise. The staff is friendly, the food is good, but if Isee a two-piece chicken with a biscuit and jalapeno on TV for $2.99, I would like to purchase it without driving across town tothe other location. Good food, fresh chicken, prompt, customer service was good on the mic. Got to window and the manager had to ruin it all with... his sour attitude. Tried joking with him at the window just to make conversation while we waited and he looked at us like wewere bothering him. Gave us a dirty smirk and slammed the window shut. Freaking rude.
