So I hadn't gone in over 2 years due to the pandemic...and to say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. No one... acknowledged that we came in like before with the "Hi!! Welcome to Cicis!" greeting, even though there was a girl at theregister. Then instead of taking our order, she just walks away to do something else. She eventually came back and took outorder and was courteous, but not friendly. But I guess that's to be expected sometimes so I didn't say or think anything of it.When I went to get my food there was only like 3 options of pizza (usually there's more), only 1 of which I can eat (vegetarianhere & no spinach pizza at all today) but I got my salad and a slice of cheese pizza(no pasta either only sauce). There was only1 dessert available and it was hella cold. I really wanted to try the one that's for a limited time, but it wasn't available atthat time. We decided to go to the little arcade room they have...and lo and behold hardly any of the games we're working, oneeven ate my tokens???????????. Out of 8 or so games I believe 3 were working. Price is great. I think the pizza is good, and the cinnamon rools+brownies are great (if they have them). I don't eat salads so... I can't give my opinion on that, but the pasta is fine, and having a bit of extra marinara sauce on the side is nice. Thecustomer service is good sometimes, if not understaffed. I also wish they'd keep the music on the oldies station, but that'spersonal. Read more
Today we went to eat there for dinner. What happened always enjoyed eating there what happened to the management? What happened... to good service? What happened to a clean place to eat? What happened to the heat food? Dirty dishes everywhere not cleaning thetables o salad no pizza no soup no bread sticks orders were more the 45 min and at the time not many customers. A quick update on our visit: We experienced GREAT service after 15yrs of not stepping foot into this establishment. The food was... hot , fresh, and the staff was helpful, courteous and very welcoming. There were many pizza options available and personal madepizzas were readily available to order. The evening staff today (08.22.22) was very helpful, on standby to answer any questionswe had. A special shout out to Sonny and Ramiro for giving great customer service with each and every customer who walked in andout the door. I haven?t been to this CiCi?s in years. I came here for a buffet of pizza and they literally had 5 pizzas (mostly already gone).... The pizza being made were pizza nobody wanted and everyone had to wait to have pizzas made. Once they made them there wasn?tenough so people had to wait longer. The only way to get decent pizza was to special order. If I wanted just one specific pizzaI would have gone somewhere else. Most employees were standing around or on their phones. The floors were disgusting and sticky.This place has seriously gone down hill. Read more
Seems like they are going out of business! It's a buffet and they had TWO pizzas out, no pepperoni pizza! The soup was very low... and never replaced. The dessert was never replaced, the cheese bread was never brought out, the only good thing was the saladbar. If you like salad you'll like this place. If you want pizza... this is not the place to go! Read more
The Harlingen Cici?s Pizza location is great! It?s a very clean restaurant with professional and very inviting & kind... employees. We purchased two adult buffets and were very satisfied. The buffet serves salad & dressing, soup, pasta, marinara &Alfredo sauce, pizza, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and apple strudel pizza. You can make special request for personal pizzas, whichis also included in the buffet! They also sell pizza & wings to-go and soft drinks (Coke products.) We have also ordered theirwings before and they are delicious! I definitely will go back next year when I am in town! Read more
The only complaint I have about this location is that they need to cook the pizzas a little longer. I prefer crispy crust. On... certain nights (Halloween night specifically) it can get very busy and the cooks try their best to keep up. Sometimes customersare having to wait because there is literally no food available.
