2 years after moving here, finally decided to try El Pato. The good: everyone is super friendly, and it's pretty authentic rgv... food(not Mexican). Unfortunately, food was slow, 30+min for nothing impressive. We would have left but you pay upfront. Then Ibit down on a rock! There was a small piece of rock in the food. We let management know so no one else would be hurt, theydidn't seem to care. So, be careful eating here, biting even a small rock can hurt bad. Read more
Drive thu all was great until I opened my order. Paid extra for bean in bacon and egg. Beans missing. Ordered chicken and... avocados. Was give chicharon and avocado. Very disappointed . now feel may not return. Read more
The food taste good but they sure are stingy with the condiments and portions? and what happened to the complimentary chips?... ,,it?s not like they were giving people baskets of them before they were stingy with those too but now you don?t get any at all! Oh and bring back the salsa de chile de árbol cause your other salsas stink and don?t cut it !!! Minus well your prices areto high already . Read more
Would have put 5 stars, my only complaint is they NEVER answer the phone to ace to go orders. When I arrive there's enough... workers and it will be slow so I don't understand why they can't answer phone and the times they di they put you on hold andnever return to the call. Food is good tho. Fast food by no means.. been in line for 40 minutes.. didn't leave only because I was stuck in line between 2 cars. The cashier... charges me and keeps my card the entire wait till when I thought I was getting my order but no a nice young lady opens thewindow & ask me to repeat my order after he just charged me for the correct order.. 10 minutes to get back to office.. It wasn?t the greatest experience but it wasn?t the worst experience. The staff was nice but it took forever to get our food. We... had only ordered a couple of breakfast tacos between my Dad and I. And when we finally got our food, it wasn?t even hot. Go atyour own risk. ??????????? Read more

Called in to place an order and they answered and put me on hold which they've done before and never come back to take my order.... This time I stayed on hold for 30min before someone came back on the line and when I expressed my frustration and disappointmentthe same girl just disconnected my call. Horrible work ethics and I just don't know why I keep giving them a chance to make itright because they just don't care. Read more
