Not bad a little pricey for my tastes. Shakes are more than 5 dollars so you know that's a damn good shake.

I went to Johnny Rockets for lunch with my coworkers. When it came time to pay, we each got our bill. The cashier charged me the... wrong amount but gave me the cash difference. I walked out and waited for my coworkers to finish. They signaled me back insidewhere the general manager, Aaron Rodriguez told me that he had refunded my sale and he needed my debit card again to charge thecorrect amount. I asked for a credit receipt and he was unable to give me one. He was defensive and rude. He told me I needed tocheck my account online tomorrow because refunds take up to 24 hours to post. I told him I shouldn't have to check my accountfor a mistake that wasn't my fault. I ended up paying cash. He never offered an apology but rather told me that I needed tohurry and pay because there was a line behind me. When I told him that he was being rude and hadn't offered an apology, he saidhe didn't realize that I felt I needed an apology. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again simply because of this badexperience. He was the General Manager. What kind of training has he had with customer service? This was a huge disappointment.He represents Johnny Rockets and this is how he treats his customers. What a shame. Read more

Was unimpressed with place. Thought it would be like a steak and shake in Missouri but it's not. Prices were high and food... tolerable. I feel it was rude for the waitress to insist on tip. Since she turned in the order wrong. Drinks were high too. Idon't know whether to recommend or not. Maybe it was just a off day there. You should at least go and experience the Atmosphere. Read more

Great atmosphere for kids/families and delicious food. Service was excellent. Good to see all the servers work together to help... eachother out. Our tab was right at $50 for 3 adult entrees, 1 kids meal and 3 shakes. Not bad when we usually spend $80 to $100elsewhere for our typical family dinner out. We will be back. Read more
The music choice is annoying, and the food bland. No salt on the fries and the burger meat didn?t have any seasoning. 20 bucks... for just one burger and a drink is too pricey for how lacking the food taste. Read more
