So disappointed in the way things were handled with my complaint to the manager in the store on oct 3rd. I never leave reviews... but with how upset I am I decided to. I was on my lunch break from work and decided that I wanted to eat kfc and order a famousbowl. I asked for the gravy on the side because each time I order a famous bowl they put little to no gravy in the bowl, soasking for it on the side is what I?ve done for many orders I?ve place. Once I sat down to eat and to pour the gravy it was ajoke with how much gravy was put into the side. So disappointing to where I couldn?t even eat my lunch because it had no gravyin it. I hate to be a person to complain but when I?m spending my money I expect to get a meal of what I?ve always got beforetoday. Very disappointing. Read more

This KFC needs better management. The chicken is never ever fresh. Today I asked 3 times to please give me fresh chicken. I was... told the ?fresh? chicken was in the back by cooks and I saw girl walk to back to get it. If that was fresh wow, how bad must therest be. It was nowhere near fresh . The chicken was super greasy and rubbery. The biscuits were hard as usual. I think theypurposely don?t give you a receipt so you don?t have information to do survey and complain. I waited over two months since lastvisit hoping things would improve but they didn?t. Not sure if any regional managers even see these reviews. Why can?t you allcook small batches of fresh chicken so it?s fresh ? I would wait for it instead of driving all the way home only to go back andreturn the old chicken. I included picture but you can?t taste or feel the hard biscuits and old chicken from pic. I won?t bereturning here. Read more

Update: Come on KFC, another bowl with no chicken.. Do you know the feeling of biting into what you think is chicken and its... nothing but dry hard crust, how about an entire bowl of it?..Previous Review: Have had better days but still go on occasion,it's more to order at the drive thru than online sometimes so pay attention to that in case you want a good deal. It wasn't veryappetizing seeing it straight out of the box and why did my biscuit look like someone used it as a stress ball I will never know???? but tasted better than it looked and my dad still loves it. Love the famous bowl and they always add the extra gravy when Iask, only had a few bad bowls since I have been going there and I say that because it seemed to be just the crunchy outside andno chicken inside any of the chicken pieces, so I made sure not to go close to closing after that. Service is terrible, slow and rude. Chicken breasts are ALWAYS out (it's only 8 o'clock and they don't close until 10)! They... tell us every time that it will be a 25 minute wait for chicken breasts and this is supposed to be fast food not fine dining!The floor is always sticky and dirty. Just done with this place. Employees just standing around talking and not taking care of online customers. If chicken isn't ready you need to tell the... customer that not joke around with co worker while customer is standing there waiting for someone to see they are there wheninside store is slow. Does the Owner read these reviews? We decided on having KFC for dinner and placed my order online. Sent my son to pick up the... order and noticed he was gone for a long time. After a quick phone call he told me nearly half the order was missing and hadcalled the restaurant and was told to get back in the long drive thru line to wait again. So now because the staff there cannotread a simple order we are going to be punished with cold food. I called and spoke to the manager and she did not seem concernedat all. Almost as if messing up orders is very common and offered no apology. My order was to be picked up at 520pm. My sonarrived home at 6:10pm because of their inability to pay attention to detail. When we started to unpacking the food we noticeditems were STILL missing. OMG!! Asked for plates, none given Ordered 2 large fries only 1 was in the bag. And I find it verydifficult to believe that this is the $10 popcorn chicken box. $10!!?? I am new to the valley and have never experienced suchlack of care, such gross negligence of customer service, like I did with this KFC. I feel robbed for my hard earned money. Whenwe tell people we choose KFC over the other guys, we normally get a crazy look. I think I figured out why, If this is how thislocal KFC treats its customers then I understand the looks I get. Where I am from KFC restaurants take pride in their food andservice including order accuracy. Based off my experience here I cannot say the same for this place. Read more

KFC bowl had 3 pieces of Corn in it the last 2 times I went. But spicy brown tastes good just needs more corn. Chicken box... wasn't fully cooked Very dissatisfied. Read more
