My partner and I came for a late breakfast at the Business 77 and Ed Carey McDonald's restaurant and the coffee is the best as... usual, also the food is very good with unexpensive friendly prices, specially nowadays that most companies are artificiallyrising their prices. This place is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru can't seem to even take a order correctly. Used the... mobile app to get a deal and the girl still charged me for it when it was supposed to be free. Asked me to pull up to wait andwaited 25 minutes for a Frap and kids meal.. I think this crew deserves some recognition. On a busy football Friday night the drive thru extended almost out of the parking... lot. I actually didn?t mind waiting, but in almost no time I had hot food in my hands. Having been a McDonald?s employee over adecade ago I understand the hustle involved to be this effective. So I was not going to get off to purchase breakfast before work because I imagined the wait would be forever and I would be... late, but service was accurate and fast. Made it to work with time to spare. Read more
I stop at this store very often very early morning before work. Fresh coffee and small breakfast etc. My problem with this store... is that I need to call the store to be sure it's open because they refuse to turn on the arches when they open and keep theentire parking lot pitch black. I just asked the young lady at the window this morning why they don't turn on the lights and shehad the nerve to tell me that she thinks they don't have access to turn on the lights anywhere but inside.. uuumm. Ok.. NOTTRUE! I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND. Service was ok. But safety at this store is a problem due to lack of lighting. People tend tostay in back of the store as they don't have a home and tend to walk up to the vehicles to ask for money or food, or ask forrides or gas. If McDonald's does not want to service the public this early (5:00 a.m.) then they should open till the sun comesout. Read more
