Worst McDonald?s in Harlingen. Took 30 mins to get my curbside order out and once I got it food was cold like it has been... sitting there and all the girl could say was ?sorry?. I hate writing bad reviews but this has happened to me twice. I use the mobile order app and both times. I've had to wait around... 30 minutes and walk inside to get my order which is sitting on the counter BOTH times! I've used the apps at other locations butI've never had to get out of the vechile and go inside to pick it up. Something has to change very disappointing. Read more
This McDonald?s is always on point, fast and has good customer service. The only time I?ve seen them backed up is when slow... unproductive people do not know what they are ordering. Props to this location! ???? Read more

When it's close to the hour of closing time, suddenly they do not have items on the menu, because and I quote what the young... teen at window said " It will take too long to cook, and yea we close at 11" so I ask so your not out, its just your teamchooses to not cook it? She says " yea" . Wow , any other Fast food out of Harlingen , in major cities would glady cook a mealeven if closing time is an hour away! How ridiculous to not offer the whole menu other than chicken nuggets and a simple burger,like the one in a kids meal! Who makes these decisions? The actual manager? Or just whoever is in charge in the evening? Verylazy just because you want to close on time, and honestly that is apart of any buisness you serve until it's time to shut thedoors, not stop the menu an hour before. If you can't stay past closing time, hire people that will. Stop hiring people who donot work correctly! I wonder if corporate knows this about the McDonald's franchise in Harlingen? The food, especially the nuggets and fries are never ever fresh. These nuggets are hard and cold and the fries were very cold... to the touch. Why can?t you all make food fresh instead of making it yesterday for today?
