Nothing really to complain about, it is McDonald's after all so the food quality is consistent whichever location you go to. I... frequent the Dixieland location in Harlingen. I just hate it when the line for the drive through extends out into the street, sothen I just go somewhere else, like Popeye's, they're never busy, seriously. Read more
They need to have someone inspect the cleanliness of this restaurant they should not be open. They served my family aunts in all... our drinks. My daughter is 4. I?ve always come to this McDonald?s when in Harlingen. Never had an issue. Today I had to wait 15 minutes for my order during... lunch?.. I came back to my office noticed it was the wrong order said what the hell I don?t have time to go back?. Took a biteand the meat was not fully cooked. It was totally gross?.. The places was alright but what really got me is you put somebody at the cashier and she doesn't speak English my kids speak... nothing but English and the lady that was taking the orders spoke broken English but more Spanish..I feel that if you're goingto work at a public restaurant that the employees should at least speak a little more English and the manager should've putsomebody that spoke both language fluently at the register..Other that it was ok.. I?m all about believing people can change for better,but tonight I was proven that?s not always the case. Across the street from... here is a chicken burger restaurant who we all know by name if I just say they have AMAZING service. I?ve seen McDonald?s (atleast this location) stepping up their game with workers getting payments outside,mobile ordering etc.. HOWEVER, I hadn?tstopped until tonight. Why? Because it?s Friday and it?s cheat day. Well..I was cheated out of it ironically. I ordered aquarter pounder but I honestly don?t know what I was given. These photos do not do justice on how disgusting my order was notto mention the half order of fries in my LARGE order. We ordered a basket of fries too,and that was about the size of a medium.FACEPALM. The only positive thing here is I saved some calories tonight to splurge on other restaurants that actually care aboutcustomer service. Read more
