Love eating at this Subway. It is always so clean and the person working behind the counter is always so friendly and welcoming.
Poor customer service. Gave me attitude when I told server that he gave me toppings I didn?t ask for.
So I ordered online and got confirmation that my order would be ready by 4:15. I told my son to pick up and eat before he went... to work which he goes in at 5:00. My son went to pick up and the guy asked him if he was the online order; my son confirmedthis was at 4:15. The guy proceeds to help a family of four and makes their sandwiches first. Lesson learned don't place anonline order with this subway.. won't get it in time that's for sure... So now my son doesn't have time to eat and has a longshift in front of him.. A girl by the name of Ariana was extremely rude. My lil girl and I went inside to get sandwiches and this employee was acting as... if she did not want too work. My lil girl said she was wanted her bread fresh and this employee was going to give her all thechicken cold. Then she puts like the full tray of lettuce and so much salt after we asked for light salt. This employee wasrude. I've never been treated so bad at this restaurant before.... hopefully she gets retrained or moved. Read more

I have loved this location and have been eating here for a year. But today I walked in and nothing looked fresh. The lettuce was... brown and yellow and the tomatoes looked soggy, and the spinach was wilted. The motto of the company is eat fresh so that?s theway everything should be. I asked if there was any fresher lettuce in the back and the server said that he could not takeanother bag out. I said but this lettuce is going bad. He said he had customers eating that all day and were not complaining.Well, that was rude. I do not know what happened to the customer is always right.
