I see two people working the sandwich bar. As soon as I walk in I?m told I have to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because they... have online orders. What kind of service is this? Since when do online orders take priority over the actual customer standingright in front of them. Couldn?t one of them help me out while the other works the online orders? I would coming here because of how clean and nice the employees were but today was a horrible experience. When I went in there... was trash on the floor and it seemed sticky. The employee was super rude and stated he could not sell to me because he ran outof parchment paper. I didn't get bothered because of the lack of product but instead the way he said it. He continued to say hecould make it but not toast it. Which I normally do not toast my sanchwich so I was okay with. The wrapping process was horribleas well. Because he didn't have the correct size papers and when it came time to pay he charged me and went straight to back. Iwas struggling to get anything other then syrup in my cup and decided to just leave because I didn't know how to call him. Ieneded up going to a gas station to get water for my syrup drink. This place ia horrible. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. I came home and the chicken was cold. It didn't taste the same.... Mask were not properly worn by the employees. They had their mask pulled down. The soup tasted as if it has been refused. I hadto toss them away. A waste of money. Read more
I went to the one down WestGate next to the Weslaco Stadium and was disappointed in what I saw. The glass that displays the food... was dirty and had old water streaks on it; but not only that... Great food but the sandwiches were overloaded with extra everything (usually happens when they're new) and you can't ask for... easy mayo because they still plaster it on. You speak to the sandwich artist and they didn't even look at you much lessacknowledge that they heard you. Absolutely no customer service during this visit. Lids were missing for the cups even though itwas lunch rush. This location on 77 sunshine strip was not on the ball. Read more
I went in at 9:15 tonight and they were locked and closed already it says 9-10 on the doors.maybe they closed early I don't know
