this place get worse and worse. the staff if not friendly or works together. women at 1st window didn't say a word and just... took payment with out verifying my order and 2nd window gave me the wrong order completely and after i touched the food and toldthem they gave me wrong order the found my order and then gave to order i touched to the next vehicle in line. i know its hardto find good staff but sometimes the right training with help that . also i felt that because i wasn't speaking Spanish thatswhy nobody was friendly. they all were talking in Spanish behind the windows. Haven't eaten McDonald's in over two years. Treating my daughter, I was expecting that legendary fry taste and delicious double... cheeseburger... Fries were meh, the McDouble had no flavor and the regular burger tasted like a piece of microwaved cardboard. Read more
Went through the drive through during dinner time. The staff were very friendly, but the fries were lukewarm at best. I assumed... the 8-10 cars in front of me also got fries with their orders so expected they would be fresh, but no. Four stars because of thestaff. Read more
Ordered from the app today and went to pick up. The food was fresh with the exception of fries (reasoning behind 4 vs 5 stars),... the employees were very friendly besides the girl handing out the food in the drive thru and the order was correct (minus thepickles on the sandwiches) and they included all the sauces requested. This is by far the best Mcdonald's so far in Saint cloud fresh and always hot food. Yes you will wait on line for awhile so try... not to be in a rush but the quality is definitely a plus. Employees are always kind and friendly, great job ladies and gents Read more
Not sure I?ve ever done a review on a McDonalds in the past. This one is located on the outskirts of town and is very busy. I?ve... gone three times since it?s opening day and have had impeccable service!!! Yesterday I chose inside dinning. The decor is freshwith a modern appeal. It?s kept very clean. Very modern style McDonald?s. The service had been speedy despite the high volume of cars. It?s a plus there are two drive... throughs, and three windows. The customer service had been excellent. My hubby hadn?t had McFlurry in years so I thought I?dbring him an Oreo one. He said it was so so good. Well to start I got in drive through at around 6:40pm and order my wife and myself meals. Well by the time I got up to the... window to get me food it was about 7:15 then to find out my order was wrong. So I go inside explain to the employee at theregister what I ordered was wrong and she asked what it was I wanted and brought it to the back. After 3 other people asking ifI was still waiting for my order and me saying yes I received the correct order and left. My wife?s food was cold, the drinksmelted with no remains of ice. By the time all said and done was 7:30. Basically and hour for a #2A & two double hamburgers withpickle and ketchup. I?m not trying to get anyone in trouble or blame anyone but that was very crazy for something very basic inmy opinion. Read more
