I don't understand how this taco bell is terrible every single time I come here. They never get the order right, they can't seem... to figure out how to take tomatoes off of an order, and it's just too hard to put sauce in the order after asking. The food isalways cold, undercooked, and is just funky. I've been here over twenty times and I can't tell you a single time it waspleasant. The management is terrible here. Place is always dirty and to allow this food quality is out of control. I hopecorporate gets their hands on this location because what a shame. How smart do you need to be to work here? Seriously... We've given this specific taco bell many chances to get our order right and they've managed to ruin it almost every single time,... this time being absolutely ridiculous (this burrito is missing more than half of what it comes with, it only has cheese andrice, and this was just one of the things they got wrong with everyone's food, 6 people total). Typically during the day,there's no issue with the food, but do not come here during the evening or else they'll most likely get your order wrong everytime on top of throwing everything into one single bag. Again, we had 6 orders and all of them were wrong in some way, this isnot the first time this happens here. I suggest you avoid this taco bell during the evening unless you want your dinner ruined.We definitely won't be coming here anymore because of this reoccurring issue. Read more
This Taco Bell is a clean establishment with pretty friendly staff. I?ve ordered from here quite a few times over the years.... Most of the time the orders are correct, but on occasion you could end up missing some of your food. I would suggest alwayschecking your order. Read more
Normally I don't post reviews because I understand how customer service can be. But let me just say how horrible this Taco Bell... location is. 1st, the drive thru line was almost wrapped around the entire building and it took like 15 mins for each vehicle toget their food. 2nd, when I finally got to order my food no one greeted me at the intercom. I had to say excuse me about 4 timesbefore someone rudely answered the intercom. 3rd, when I went to pay there were 3 teenage girls standing my the door ignoringthat I was there waiting to pay for my food. When they finally decided to take my money, the lady was rude didn't offer meanything with my food like sauces or anything and then it took like 10 mins before I finally got my food handed to me afterpaying. And finally, when I was able to start eating my food everything was stone cold, my cheese quesadillia didn't have any ofthe spicy sauce it's supposed to have and it tasted like it's been sitting there for 30 mints. I have provided plenty opportunities for the location to prove me wrong, however they failed all of them. Lately my drive... through order was totally wrong. Contacted manager, he apologized and offered to replace. Went back, this time another manageron duty (so unfriendly), order replaced. When back home order wrong again! Called staff they blamed me for picking up the wrongorder they handled to my own hands! I did ask and the manager pointed it was my order! I usually get food from here and it's good fast and convenient and ig ordered on a wrong day. Because there was hair in my food.... Everyone makes mistakes ???????????
