My goodness, I was breakfast hungry. So I ordered a scramble egg bowl and I figured. Aaaaah bowl won't be big enough. So I got... a breakfast burrito. Big mistake, the bowl was big.....and packed. Terrible ,!!! After I order , quesadilla , I paid for 3 side of sour cream when I got my order , I look into my bag realized I... missing the sour cream I told them about it ... them say go to register to get you refund!!! On 4-13-22 @ 6pm my experience was horrible! The manager Janine was completely rude!! The line was extremely long and they only... had one register open. When I saw her I asked if there was another register that could be opened. She rolled her eyes and saidthat she was about to. Seemed like it really bothered her that I even asked as she shook her head over to the register. Thenproceeded to tell someone on her walkie talkie that someone just yelled at her. I told her I didn't yell I just asked and thenshe accused me of being hostile and went back and forth with me. This lady should not work in customer service and is extremelyrude!! I dislike liars!!! This rating would have less than one star if possible. After waiting 15 min, the busy employee working self serve coffee area... finally started to switch out the empty Columbian coffee dispensers, but said it would be at least another 5 min because nonewere ready. Spoke with young female manager to let her know coffee area needs help. All she had to do was say was, "Thanksfor the info." Instead, she dismissively said everyone was busy. I left without buying coffee or gas, and will not return tothis location due to the manager's poor attitude, which explains problems. Save yourself a ridiculous hassle and take yourbusiness to the other coffee shops and gas stations in this area. Read more
I haven't check what other cities I can find Wawa, so far I have seen them spreading around greater Orlando, and they are one of... the best and clean gas station that I would love to continue going. Only thing I found not comfortable was the lady cashier whohelped us that day was not friendly at all, she was looking at my kids like they might want to steal something, and her eyes waslooking at else where while checking us out at the register, and didn't even say Thank You or Bye. Don?t ever order on the app. They don?t update it. We ordered and waited for 30 minutes while the app showed ? your order will... be ready soon.? Impatiently we went in and it was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. They showed that they had thegobbler with cranberry when they were out, we went back in to get it remade and they yelled and argued with us until we finallyfound out they didn?t have any. I ordered spicy voodoo chips and they didn?t have that either, instead of notifying me theydidn?t have it they gave me a different bag of chips that I didn?t want.
